On Apr. 22nd, teachers and students from law school did a variety of volunteer work. In the morning, they served for the establishment ceremony and forum of Shanghai Intellectual Property Spin-out Business Alliance. At the afternoon, they served for Oral Hearing Meeting held by Patent Reexamination Board of SIPO and Press Conference on Patent Navigation and Analysis of Mobile Internet Industry. Apart from performing well in the volunteer work, the teachers and students also captured the opportunity to listen to the lectures delivered by the guest speakers from home and abroad. Professional Forums gathered senior participants from political policy makers, international R&D centers in various industries, multinational corporations, legal institutions and financing institutions, with themes of policy introduction, industrial technology areas, intellectual property protection, technology financing. The forums further interpreted government industrial policies, analyzed status quo and potential of technology development, explained market application prospects and elaborate professional services. As participants, the teachers and students had experience, exchanges and interactions from multiple perspectives. In combination with the legal knowledge they learned at school, the students broadened their horizons. Tired though they were, the teachers and students all enjoyed the great benefit of this volunteer work.
