Zhu Ling, a second-year graduate in economic law, has been officially admitted to the University of Barcelona, pursuing her Master degree in International Economic Law and Policy programme. Initiated by Virtual Institute of UN and funded by Catalonia World Consortium, the IELPO program merely admits three students from developing countries and transition economies.
Zhu Ling standed out of over 130 applicants after several rounds of tough tests and interviews. As one of the three qualified candidates, she would receive up to EUR 22000 to cover the tuition fee and travel and living costs. According to the IELPO program, Zhu Ling is expected to graduate from the University of Barcelona in June,2013.
